What You Will Do
- The Financial Planning & Analysis team combines traditional financial planning and analysis with broader business decisionmaking and strategy, directly supporting leadership. The FP&A Analyst is embedded in daily operations, supporting both nearterm execution and longterm planning. The Analyst is expected to analyze data, provide recommendations, and lead crossfunctional decisionmaking and implementation of recommendations.
- Lead the development of the annual budget by collaborating with executives, finance managers, country managers, and other key stakeholders to define the best strategies, develop recommendations, and impact the decisionmaking of senior leadership.
- Analyze monthly financial results, including a detailed variance review.
- Update and perform an analytical review of financial results and understand the main drivers of potential variances.
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met through KPI tracking and management dashboards.
- Provide support during external and internal audits.
- Continually improve the current processes, tools, and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and the level of support for the business.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
- Advanced written and speaking English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing within Finance, as well as crossfunctionally and with leadership
- Ability to review and analyze financial reports and present financial information to a nonfinancial audience in a concise and easily comprehensible manner
- Proficiency with accounting software packages is necessary and experience with SAP / JDE / Hyperion (HFM) are preferred
- 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting areas
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A
- Proven experience at products/manufacturing industries. Medical devices or pharmaceutical experience preferred
