**Requisitos**:
¿Qué esperamos de vos? Experiência de +5 años en atención al cliente telefónica, por chat y mail. Excelentes habilidades telefónicas y de escritura: Eso significa que los agentes deben poder moverse sin problemas de las llamadas de voz a los correos electrónicos y los chats, así como dominar los matices de las comunicaciones escritas y las tecnologías que permiten estos nuevos canales. Conocimientos en Análisis de Webservices, (xmls, logs de comunicación) Experiência en herramientas de tickets como Freshdesk o similar. Conocimientos de SOAP/Postman.
