**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and timely resolve incidents: perform primary diagnostics and fix problems within the area accountable for, or escalate these incidents to DevOps and/or Developers
- Coordinate work on incidents between different departments: Operational, Quality Control, DevOps, Development and other department
**Requirements**:
- Linux administration skills
- 1-2 years demonstrated work experience in IT or in a similar role
- The ability to use Kibana to search and analyze logs and metrics
- General understanding of the HTTP and REST protocols
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
**Will be considered an advantage**:
- Knowledge of SQL at a basic level: select, join, update, and so on
- Experience in testing complex IT systems
**Work schedule**:
Rotating shift (day shift / night shift with prolonged days off)
