Project Management Virtual Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the setup process.
- Follow up with dealers to ensure successful implementation of the product and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager to provide updates on project status, identify any issues or challenges, and collaborate on problem-solving.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Keep detailed records of all communications and interactions with dealers, including follow-up actions and outcomes.
- Available during specific hours assigned to a designated region, with access to a quiet environment for accepting calls and conducting phone-based tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in project management or project coordination roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with dealers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred.
- Persistence and resilience in handling phone-based interactions, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
