Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or consulting
- 3 years of experience working with or at startups or venture capital firms in LATAM
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing post-agreement implementation and workstreams
- Experience managing internal stakeholders and multiple priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally (presenting and influencing) with executive stakeholders at global organizations
- Excellent storytelling, narrative development, and communication skills
- Excellent slide design and development skills
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently

**About the job**:
The Venture Capitals (VC) and Startup Partnerships Solutions team works across Google to bring holistic, valuable partnership opportunities to startups and venture capital firms to expand partnerships in support of Google’s products, business, and reputation. In this role, you will focus on priority partner management, ecosystem development, and thought leadership and strategic initiatives to ensure a unified presence to our VC and startup partners. You will work closely with other Google/Alphabet teams such as Google for Startups, Google Ventures, Corporate Development, etc.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with startups to ideate and drive forward partnership opportunities
- Drive transparent and open coordination with internal stakeholders, and manage matrix of stakeholders
- Execute initiatives (e.g., executive summits, roundtables, events, etc.) to bring together VC and startups partners with relevant Google stakeholders (e.g., business teams, product teams, and executives)
- Drive strategic initiatives related to VCs and/or startups, typically in support of Google executive leadership and/or Google product area (PA) leadership
