**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements, in English.
- Conduct legal research on various topics and present findings to attorneys.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings, including organizing documents, exhibits, and other relevant materials.
- Maintain and update legal databases and document management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Manage and organize case files and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and correspondence.
- Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized institution in their home country.
- Previous experience working as a paralegal for an American law firm is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of legal concepts and terminology, including proficiency in legal English.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Familiarity with legal databases and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficient in using technology and software commonly used in legal practice.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
