**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-Day Site Management_
- Oversee the daily management of the website, ensuring all products, promotions, and content are up-to-date and accurately reflect the brand's standards.
- Implement and maintain site merchandising strategies, including product categorization, search optimization, and visual merchandising, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling product pages that highlight our products' features and benefits.
- Data Analysis and Optimization_
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance and customer behavior, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to refine the user experience and increase sales.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Project Management_
- Manage and coordinate calendar for marketing projects
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of site updates
- Liaise with different teams within the marketing organization to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
