**Workplace IT Service Desk - ¿Tu futura posición?**
- Como Workplace IT Service Desk en nuestra División de Sabores (T&W), vas a unirte a un equipo de profesionales que tienen pasión y deseo de alcanzar grandes resultados. Tu contribución al equipo será fundamental para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes en tiempo y con un alto standard de calidad. ¿Suena interesante? Podría ser la oportunidad perfecta si, como nosotros, tenes buena energía para trabajar en equipo. En este papel emocionante vas a realizar tareas como:
- Realizar un apropiado soporte técnico a las áreas usuarias en lo referente a la utilización de equipamientos, sistemas operativos y de aplicación, con el ánimo de atender satisfactoriamente a los clientes internos, evitando interrupciones en las áreas productivas.
- Administrar y garantizar el funcionamiento del hardware tecnológico de las áreas productivas.
- Controlar el funcionamiento de los “hardwares” y “softwares” instalados, mediante la utilización de planillas de control y plataformas corporativas específicas para tal fin que le permita establecer planes de mantenimiento preventivo, garantizando de esta forma, el funcionamiento continuo.
- Controlar y administrar el stock de activos tecnológicos, insumos de impresión.
- Organizar, archivar y actualizar la documentación del área, a fin de controlar las actividades y asegurar resultados satisfactorios a este respecto en auditorías internas o externas.
- Administrar los equipos tecnológicos de las salas de reuniones.
- Administrar el sistema de Impresión por red, los equipos y sus insumos.
- Controlar el funcionamiento de las conexiones de red.
- Administrar el contacto con el proveedor de la central telefónica.
- Proveedor soporte técnico sobre la telefonía celular empresarial, administrando inventario, estado de líneas y roturas de equipamiento.
- Administrar, resolver y/o transferir a una instancia superior los requerimientos de los usuarios.
- Realizar otras tareas inherentes al área de acuerdo con la orientación y solicitud del superior inmediato.

- Preferentemente estudios Universitarios en Sistemas Informáticos: Lic. o Ing. en sistemas o informática y /o idoneidad para la posición.
- Preferentemente experiência mínima de 3 años en áreas de informática.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de Sistemas informáticos: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft office, Google Suite, Active directory, entre otros.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de video conferencia, telefonía IP.
- Conocimiento en equipos industriales.
- Conocimiento de EHS, GPM, Gestión de Calidad ISO 9000 (valorado).
