**Main porpose**
- Lead country Demand planning activities in order to ensure on-time, in-full supply to customers and in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) while meeting inventory targets, through risk and data management.
Responsible to develop and manage, together with marketing and commercial functions, the demand campaign plan for Glyphosate Business (Conosur). Guarantee close partnership with commercial and finance detecting deviations and risk both in quantity or timing. Develop mitigation plans and ensure correct communication to SC and commercial teams Partnership with Distribution team on developing distribution strategy granting the right capacity and optimal execution to meet demand Partnership with Customer Care and Supply Planning/RSM on virtual allocation strategy guaranteeing correct inventory management premises (customer needs and obsolescence risks)

**Your mission will be to**
- Responsible to develop and manage, together with marketing and commercial functions, the demand campaign plan (Conosur). During commercial campaign, lead activities in order to ensure on-time, in-full supply to customers and in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) while meeting inventory targets, through risk and data management. Analyze demand figures for internal market based on historical data, portfolio, market and customer trends. Build robust data that can anticipate risks. Use best analytical capabilities to support decision making one integrated optimized commercial-financial-supply plan. Conduct Formal forums, reports and KPIs.
- Production/Supply Plan| Recommend production plan based on demand figures and inventory. Require trade goods from local or international suppliers (intracompany or third parties). Identify availability risks (quantity or timing), develop mitigation plan and ensure the correct followup. Scenario and Risk Management during campaign. Special Focus on Recalls/Returns/Reworks strategy. Project inventory aligned with finance targets.
- Demand and Supply Reconciliation | Lead the creation of constrained demand plan, agree and communicate product availability, with transparency and constructive discussions with stakeholders about trade offs involved. Work together with the Customer Care, distribution, Finance and internal clients such as Mkt and Product Management.
- Detect deviations and risk both in quantity or timing. Develop mitigation plans and ensure correct communication to SC and commercial teams. Close Work with Supply planning role on establishing the priorities for the production process aiming at ensuring product availability at the right time and production optimization. Develop, propose and track plans to reduce obsolescence risk/Slow moving/Adequate shelf life for sales. Define Writeoff/Disposal Distribution Requirements Planning | Partnership with Distribution team on developing distribution strategy granting the right capacity and optimal execution to meet demand. Build consensus on short term needs with Finance, Customer Care and Distribution teams. Active support the development of future network design and adherence to recommended scenario. Simulate scenarios balancing service, costs and customer needs.
- Integrated planning and decision making |Partnership with Customer Care and Supply Planning on virtual allocation strategy guaranteeing correct inventory management premises (customer needs and obsolesnce risks). Manages product positioning at distribution and key accounts, projecting proper inventory levels to sustain operations and achieve Bayer's target
- E2E vision | Partnership with all SC team on in season figures (customer: Invoice, Logistics: distributed materials, Supply: bagging plan), mapping any deviation that could impact on availability process. Close collaboration with other SC teams to update In-season availability. Understand commercial strategy/customer needs.
