**Main Purposes**:
The position report to Barter Lead, is a key player in supporting the complete Barter operation.

Successfully oversee execution both the barter and the selling parts of the operation by Crop.

This role is a main active player on the market, performs sells contracts with Exporters and Brokers for aprox. 10/20M€ per year.

Will be the commercial responsible in terms of operations to be cancelled with grain for the full Commercial Network and Customers, attending a total nationwide +3000/4000 Customers and buying grain on ~ 1MTons.

Attends the logistics plan to Ports and Inland elevators and its daily execution.

**Your mission will be to**:

- Provide support to commercial networks, sales reps. and marketing teams on all Barter Contracts matters planning and pricing. Collaborate with both exclusive and independents channels.
- Manage a continuous commercial process with daily presence on the market. Comercial Team and Market Knowledge. Trading Desk - Cover positions for Grain.
- Responsible for ensuring Grain pricing per port and grain.
- Implementation of Commercial Plans and Marketing Conditions to leverage company sales and collection process, by minimizing risks and maximizing commercial opportunities. Responsible for operating All Crops/Grains selling on the market, by interacting with Brokers and in direct operations with Exporters, etc. Manage of contracted terms, pricing, signature, invoicing, etc. on 10/20M€ per year. Owner of position per crop and the impact on P&L result as expected.
- Ensure successfully logistic service for the region and specific crops, by which ~ 1MTons per year need to be physically received on third party ports and elevators/grain handlers.
- Support NPS and Customer Centricity, with follow up and execution of improvement plans.
- Create new Crops Programs opportunities to enhance Barter coverage (i.e. cotton, peanut, etc.)

- University degree and English fluent._
- Eagerness to learn about trader market._
- Customer focused, with ability to manage complex scenarios, delivering results._
- 3 years of experience in grain markets._
- Clear ability for negotiation, along with analytical skills._
- Grain trading and Farmer cycles, desirable knowledge on derivatives and hedging, along with logistics knowledge._
- Strong on enhancing relations on the market and with customers and internal clients. Strong communication skills. Builds partnerships internally and externally. _
- Highly committed, determined and results-driven and persists in the face of challenges and setbacks._
