Ahora.. te contamos los desafíos para la posición de Business Development Associate que estamos buscando:
Coloborar de manera activa y proactiva en el crecimiento del negocio puntualmente a través de la captación y retención de nuevos clientes en Polo de negocios, Banca empresas y CIB. Para esto, pensamos algunos desafíos que te ayudarán a lograr el propósito del rol:

- Explorar estrategias y oportunidades de captación de nuevos clientes Getnet en canales sucursales, modelos on line y polo de negocios.
- Incrementar el volumen transaccional de cartera propia de clientes de Polos de negocios, Banca Empresa y SCIB.
- Realizar acciones de retención de la cartera cartera asignada.
- Dar seguimiento al pipeline comercial con los canales asignados.
- Capacitar y mantener informado constantemente a los distintos representantes de los distintos canales.
- Participar activamente junto con otras áreas de Getnet, del banco y otras empresas del Grupo Santander en proyectos de desarrollo comercial.

¿Qué necesitamos que traigas puesto?
- Ser estudiante o graduado/a de carreras afines: Contador Público, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente.
- Que tengas un nível intermedio/avanzado de idioma inglés
- Conocimientos de Herramientas Informáticas.
- Experiência en comercialización de productos, preferentemente orientado a pymes y empresas.
- Alta Predisposición al trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad analítica, autonomía, proactividad y estar orientado a resultados.
- Predisposición para visitar clientes (internos y externos) y generación de relaciones a largo plazo con ellos.
