**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
The main purpose of the Global Head of Delivery position is to assist in delivery of content, standards, metrics, and reporting across zones and functions. This role will help to connect strategy and program development in Global with execution in the zones by sharing the purpose and strategy and assisting with sharing of good practices, materials, and collecting metrics in-line with global standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate on content curation (liaise with vendors) in-line with L&D priorities.
- Deployment of e-learnings and virtual training logistics where executing in Global
- Facilitate good practice sharing across zones and functions
- Assist with sharing guidelines and standards with zones
- Report on training outcomes, metrics, and insights from programs along with suggestions for continuous improvement
- Manage 2 direct reports overseeing specific functional pillars and program execution

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Bachelor Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or similar).
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English level (mandatory)
- Advanced Power Point and presentation skills (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel and analytical mindset (mandatory)
