- Revisar las notas de cada SR para determinar todos los aspectos de la SR antes de la asignación / reasignación- Asignación de llamadas- Habilidad CE- Horarios CE- Tipo de SR, Severidad y Urgencia- Priorización de clientes- Equilibrio de la carga de trabajo- Relación geográfica entre sitio SR y proximidad CE.- Disponibilidad de piezas: si se requieren partes (PPK, local)- Aprovisionamiento de piezas:
- Localmente: en el país, Regionalmente, Globalmente, Sin fuentes- Basado en la Parte ETA: SP debe alinear CE ETA con la Parte ETA al tiempo que maximiza la oportunidad de obtención de SLA- Alinee CE ETA para REUNIRSE o DESPUÉS de la Parte ETA- Asegúrese de que CE ETA esté después de la Parte ETA, pero que no exceda más de 4 horas DESPUÉS de la Parte ETA, y cumpla con el SLA- Monitorear la adherencia de la CE a las ETA publicadas y aceptadas- Requisitos específicos del cliente (FCI, disponibilidad)- Estado general del territorio- Creación SR- Cambio de estados CE- Suspensión de SRs para CEs- Comprobación de piezas en contra de las necesidades de SR- Pedido de piezas: proactivo y a solicitud de CE- Procesamiento de piezas - Transición en curso- Transferencia de piezas- Reasignaciones de SR- Cambio / Ajuste de ETA- Completar SRs para CEs- Cancelación de SR- Cambio de asignación de territorio de los SR- Documentar en Notas Públicas todas las acciones tomadas en SR.- Guardia ordenando / confirmando / escalando- Respuesta / toma de llamadas telefónicas- Comunicación por correo electrónico con todos los servicios de NCR y los departamentos de habilitación de servicios- Comunicación de Lync / Skype con todos los servicios de NCR y los departamentos de habilitación de servicios- Proporcionar actualizaciones a todas las consultas / escaladas / direcciones- Revisión periódica y oportuna de las necesidades y desarrollos del Territorio- Supervisión de carga premium- Inteligencia de Utilización (Trabajo, Partes y Carga)- Supresión de escalamiento- Soluciones fuera de proceso para llamadas envejecidas.- Retroalimentación de bucle cerrado a Enablement Orgs.- Identificar oportunidades de mejora- Otros deberes pueden ser asignados.
