Based in Bayswater, the role of **ProjectManagement Team Leader** is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individualto lead a small team of professionals and make a difference in a growingindustry. The role, reporting to the Head of Operations, will include fullaccountability for order execution (PM080-PM670) for the High Voltage productsand Transformer business segments.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Buildingcustomer advocacy through providing value-add service to the customer based ona thorough understanding of the customer’s business needs and operationalenvironment
- Managetimely and appropriate allocation of resource demands to balance customerneeds, business targets and risk, facilitating and leveragingcross-business/role collaboration where appropriate
- Leadership,development and management of human resources, including: administration,engineering & project management, to build capability and delivery reliability
- Optimisingprofitability and taking on profit and loss responsibility in close cooperationwith the responsible commercial manager
- Ensuringcommercial contract conditions and timelines are met, including management ofcontract variations & change management in close cooperation with theresponsible commercial manager
- Managingcontractual issues with customers, supporting your team with preparation ofcontractual notices, claim strategy and actions.
- Managementof resources including engagement of internal and external to ensure there issufficient capacity to meet project demands
- Coordinationand monitoring of resources, including: procurement, factory, installationsupervision & commissioning, specialist subcontractors, to achieve deliverymilestones & quality
- Riskmanagement, including development & implementation of suitable technical& commercial mitigation strategies, taking into account lessons learned,feedback and expert advice

**What You Bring**
- Substantialexperience in project & contract management, including proposals and/orvariations within the electrical utility and/or transmission industry, with theability to mentor and coach your team and others
- Knowledgeof high voltage and transformer products,
- Demonstratedability to solve problems, manage complex and stringent processes
- Confidentcommunicating with stakeholder at varying levels
- Proventrack record of achieving consistent outstanding results.
- Experiencewith managing and developing people is essential
- Abilityto identify initiatives, develop business case and execute to success
