- Bachelor’sdegree in Information Technology, or equal, with hands-on experience in ITimplementation in a local / global set-up
- 8-10years of total working experience in a similar role, ideally including
- Technicaland user support
- ManagingDigital Workplaces in a global environment
- Serviceanalysis and Problem Solving
- IT enduser computing and troubleshooting
- Excellentcommunication skills with a strong customer focus
- Handson technical experience in Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.
- GoodKnowledge about hardware and software evaluation
- Experienced knowledgeabout dealing with VIP issue and providing a professional support
- Goodunderstanding of project life cycle, piloting and roll out plans
- Availabilityto Travel / move between sites

**Your responsibilities**

**Service and Maintenance**
- Providingday-to-day technical support (locally and remotely) to employees for a range ofhardware and software related systems
- Respondsto and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem escalation.
- Provideseffective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints.Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades orimprovements to IT infrastructure.
- Diagnosingproblem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internalorganisation support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolveproblems
- SupportingVIP, by the local presence in any VIP related issue and monitor / follow-up anyreported issue
- Conducteda monthly proactive VIP pulse check
- troubleshootingof IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as smartphones,Laptops and Printers
- Interactswith third party suppliers for managing warranties on site
- Providefeedback to customers with reference to status of problem, and ensure allparties are kept up to date
- Identifyand submit functional improvements of current services to enhance end userexperience based on user feedback and/or recurring complaints/incidents
- Helpand support events/forum/road show, etc. to enhance end user experience andknowledge, as well as collecting end user feedback
- Ensureregular interaction across Key/end User Communities
- Keepknow-how up to date in a learning organisation during projects, Proof ofConcept and /or Pilot to let end-user’s experience new IT services
- Ensureinformation flow from users towards IT delivery departments
- Accountabilityand responsibility for end user communications
- Followup with the support responsible in case of user complains and ensure that issuefixed
- Activecontribution with the daily operation and Day one readiness team
- SupportIT asset management life cycle management e.g. Laptop assignment, ownershipchange, assets transfer and disposal etc.
