How You'll Make an Impact

  • Meeting and travels preparations:
  • Preparation and information to relevantparticipants internally and externally (eg: Customers).
  • Logistic entire organization from trip preparationto meetings organization and travel expenses reports.
  • Management of all arrangement and expenses linkedto SEA executive team:
  • SEA office arrangements.
  • Company pocket money management.
  • Calendar and meetings management:
  • Meetings bookings, followup and coordination.
  • MoM when required.
  • Communication:
  • SEA events preparation and coordination with regional communicationteam.

What You Bring

  • Fluentin English both spoken and written. German would be a plus. Ability to prepareletters and mails at C and institutional levels.
  • Abilityto use Microsoft Suite (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) and Siemens Energyadministrative tools.
  • Flexibilityregarding time management from Monday morning to Friday afternoon.
