Role Purpose: The SHP is responsible for the overall Pfizer relationship with a select portfolio of Wholesalers. The SHP becomes an expert of the Wolesalers and is responsible for managing the integrated relationship from end to end, understanding needs, customers sell out (to what Payers) ensure a quick response, close commercial agreements based on HCSE requests and generating profitable & sustainable growth.
General Description: The SHP should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/maintaining effective, long-term business relationships at the senior executive level with key decision makers and influencers within each Wholesaler. The WSSME identifies and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers’ business, strategic imperatives and HCSE requests from Payers. Responsible for developing and executing an effective Key Account Plan for each Wholesaler.

Customer Facing
Strategic end to end Partnerships, with Wholesalers which supplies Payers
Define Commercial Strategies depending on PLC and for each Payer Archetype
Implementation of Innovative and Long-Term Agreements
Affordability Plans Implementation and Follow Up
BSM & LOE´s pricing strategies definition
Discounts Management and Special Agreements BC
Non-Customer Facing
Capture market trends insights and needs to share with Access Strategic Team for decision making
Consolidated Dashboard with Commercial information, sell Out Units & Revenue per Customer
Business Follow Up and Reporting by Customer for BUs Periodical Reviews (performance, evolution, special agreements, GTN by Channel, etc)
Connect Payers / WS with internal Pfizer SMEs
Necessary Qualifications
Experience to develop and execute business strategies and in proactively engaging at senior executive level within Wholesalers.
Has in-depth industry knowledge and expertise.
Demonstrates an understanding of organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies of both Pfizer and Wholesalers
Demonstrates creativity and judgment in delivering innovative new approaches, value added propositions and solutions that meet customer requirements.
Has experience in analyzing complex new situations, anticipates potential problems & future needs, and assesses opportunity impacts and risks.
Team-oriented style and manner to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
Demonstrates business consulting skills including: Problem solving, Negotiation, Influence, Facilitation, Listening, and Project Management.
Demonstrates business skills including and understanding of financial and business drivers, political, economic, legal, and cultural factors and how these impact on Pfizer and key accounts.
