**What’s the opportunity?**
**What will I be doing?**:
- Design holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation
- Define and validate core KPIs, such as CAC and LTV to drive the business
- Work with our Partnerships team to design growth strategies with our partners
- Generate a social paid and community/influencer development
- Work on SEO improvements
- Define new SEM strategies and campaigns
- Define and execute strategies to improve the acquisition funnel
- Generate weekly performance reports and share key results with the team
- Be responsible for the relation with digital and non digital acquisition channels
- Manage key stakeholders sucha as agencies in each market we operate
**What skills do I need?**:
- 4+ years of experience in Performance marketing positions
- Experience in marketing activities focused on small and medium businesses
- Experience in A/B testing, metrics-driven marketing, or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional projects on tight deadlines
- Experience in payments and fintech
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, TiendaNube, Vtex, BigCommerce, is a plus
- Experience working with a global, distributed team on global marketing efforts and campaign localization
- Experience managing and optimizing a self-serve, direct to consumer marketing funnel
- Results-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
