We are looking for a
**Talent & Culture Business Partner** to enable Globers to have an enriching experience in the workplace and a fulfilling career at Globant by building an engaging and inclusive culture, driving talent development and people processes, providing leadership advisory, and giving strategic support to the business.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Stay on top of the business by becoming a partner to the different areas of Globant aligned with the corporate needs and goals with a proactive attitude and responsibility.
- Be a trusted advisor and guide to leaders on different people matters.
- Be the focal point for Globers and provide them with day-to-day support, focusing on continuously improving their experience and engagement.
- Propose new proactive actions to enhance the commitment of our Globers.
- Be responsible for engagement processes, turnover analysis, and forecasts.
- Ensure Diversity, Equity & Inclusion processes, and policies are followed aligned to Globant's Code of Ethics and D&I Fundamentals.
- Work closely with the teams to guarantee an excellent work environment.

- Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering training.
- Has 4+ years’ experience in HR generalist or talent management roles in a large, fast-paced, dynamic industry.
