- Gestionar las operaciones diarias dentro del Cliente para reforzar el enfoque centrado en el cliente de Nestlé y contribuir a la experiência del cliente de Nestlé
- Mantener los contactos con el cliente ya sea en base o remoto (telcos y visitas puntuales), con o sin acceso a los sistemas del Cliente.
- Obtener información sobre las operaciones del Cliente.
- Actividad de planificación desde el centro de distribución del cliente hasta la tienda.
- Comprender las necesidades del Cliente.
- Comprender los KPIs del Cliente y la forma de medirlos.
- Mejorar la resolución de reclamos al proceso de pago.
- Revisar los KPI con una frecuencia definida para proponer acciones de resolución de problemas.
**Lo que te hará exitoso...**
- Preferentemente recibidos de la carrera de ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o afines.
- Experiência de 3 años en posiciones similares. Será un PLUS que cuente con experiência relacionada al área específica.
- Perfil con enfoque analítico y estratégico, demostrando proactividad
- Se priorizará fortaleza en relaciones interpersonales, comunicación y negociación
- Nível avanzado de Excel
- Inglés intermedio excluyente.
