Pasante Customer Service

**MISIÓN**:
Apoya en la gestión del área de Servicio al Consumidor para South LAO, con el fin de entregar a nuestros consumidores una experiência de servicio que permita mantenerlos leales a nuestras marcas.

Para lo anterior se requerirá administrar y gestionar en forma efectiva a nuestros partners estratégicos (call center y proveedores logísticos), así como también tener una cercanía con nuestros clientes internos, que nos permita entregar insight e información relevante para la toma de decisiones, promoviendo en la compañía una cultura enfocada hacia el servicio y a nuestros consumidores como foco.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Coordinar y controlar el desempeño de los proveedores de servicios, con el objetivo de proporcionar retroalimentaciones, generando conocimientos y proponer mejoras.
- Promover el desarrollo del área a través del mapeo de procesos y la estructuración de documentos de apoyo para nuestros proveedores (procedimientos, scripts, etc.). Crear y actualizar el material y contenidos que guíen y permitan a los proveedores actuar.
- Gestionar activamente casos, tales como casos de redes sociales o Defensoría del Consumidor, que involucre el área de legales, etc., alineando internamente las decisiones sobre los próximos pasos.
- Gestión de mejora continua: con un aspecto analítico e innovador, generando acciones diferenciadoras a la gestión habitual.
- Notificar por medio de alertas sobre posibles escenarios de crisis que podrían implicar un problema para la imagen de nuestras marcas y la compañía.
- Aportar con la toma de decisiones ante casos poco habituales o excepcionales, gestionarlos y derivarlos a quien corresponda hasta conseguir la respuesta o recomendación.
- Gestión de reportes, para generar visibilidad en la información para los equipos.
- Mantener contacto directo y buena comunicación con todos los clientes internos e interlocutores (Marketing, medios, legales, comunicaciones, calidad, compras, etc).
- Monitorear constantemente el presupuesto del área y gestionar las órdenes de compras de nuestros proveedores (SAP, Ariba, etc).
- Gestión de los pedidos de productos y control de inventarios de nuestros proveedores logísticos.
- Generar canales de comunicación a través de los cuales podamos contar con el feedback del cliente y detectar las oportunidades de mejora.

**REQUISITOS DEL CARGO**:

- Estudiante intermedio/avanzado de Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial u afines.
- Nível Inglés: Intermedio
- Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos: Dominio intermedio de Office / Aplicar lógica. Conocimientos básicos en Sistemas.
