**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Lead project management efforts for new business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
- Experience with project management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300,000.00 - $600,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
