**Must haves**
- 2+ years experience as a Lead Sourcing Specialist/Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar role at a Recruiting Agency or an IT global company
- Proven experience in leading lead teams (~10 people)
- Understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, channels, and tactics
- Understanding of the Software Development process, modern technologies
- Proficient in business software (CRM, A/B testing, Data Studio, GSuit tools, reporting tools, etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research
- Excellent written and oral English

**Nice to haves**
- Experience as a Product Owner

**What you will do**
- Design and implement lead generation strategies and techniques to engage top talent on the global markets
- Work closely with the Marketing Team Leads to execute outbound and inbound lead gen strategies
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team and Hiring managers to provide and balance the flow of leads and intro calls
- Do A/B testing to pick up the best practices
- Scale approaches to bring a predictable growing result
