We are looking for **Service Desk Agents with an advanced level of Portuguese and English** to join our teams in competitive projects.

**We do we value**:

- Advanced level of Portuguese and English (Is a must)
- Experience and Knowledge in similar position (1 to 3 years of experience working as L1 support desk analyst / Field Support) (Is a plus)
- ITIL methodology (Nice to Have)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
- Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
- Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
- Become familiar with the Systems, Network, Database, Desktop Engineers, programmers, developers, and each team in the IT Department.
