Learn more**STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT - Digital Medical Experience**

They will provide exceptional planning and execution leadership for therapeutic area-based, end-to-end Digital Medical engagement programs and cross-portfolio digital capability building. They will collaborate across functions to drive timely and personalized data dissemination, medical education and services through strategic digital channels with the aim to help Healthcare Practitioners, Patients and Payers make the best possible health care decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
- Assist in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision making
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
- Assist in developing client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects
- Actively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client - risk and issue mitigation
- Assist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
- Guide and mentor Associates on teams
- Strategy and Planning: Lead development and execution of Digital Medical Strategic Engagement projects:

- Right Customer: Develop an end-to-end Customer (health care professional) digital medical strategy - aligned with Genentech TA squad priorities - through an end-to-end omnichannel planning framework.
- Right Information: Brief the Medical information team and the TA WPT so that they are empowered to develop compelling, compliant scientific stories for Omnichannel distribution,produce tailored storylines for prioritized segments to address the barriers identified in the Customer strategy and complete proactive medical planning per Medical SOPs with the Healthcare Legal Group (as needed).
- Right Channel, Right Time: Co-create, with the TA WPT, the development of orchestrated touchpoint maps that strategically integrate digital and analog engagement tactics to effectively deliver and measure the outcomes of the scientific stories in a seamless, meaningful and consistent Customer experience.
- Right Data Delivery: Lead the drive to define TA digital medical metrics, and to record and report benchmarks to promote internal understanding, cohesion, adoption, and scalability of digital approaches.
- Ground-breaking Innovation: Track pharmaceutical and outside industry trends in digital medical engagement, customer experience; identify innovations that could potentially benefit customers and teams; introduce innovations and opportunities to the organization ina meaningful and measurable way.
- Integrity Above All: Act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety;putting Patients at the center of all actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business administration, economics, engineering or life sciences. A demonstrated record of academic success is required.
