**Compensation**: Pay in (US Dollars) DOE

**Contract Phase**:
Initially, you will be engaged as a contractor working remotely. You will need to register with Argentine tax authorities and choose an appropriate tax regime, such as Monotributo or the general tax regime (Responsable Inscripto). You will be responsible for issuing invoices for the services you provide and will receive payment in US dollars. Once our Buenos Aires office is established, we plan to offer contractors the opportunity to transition to full-time, onsite positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation of frameworks for data analysis that support product development, feature validation, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and develop a multi-person analytics team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities that align with overall company strategy.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through compelling data visualizations.
- Develop visualization techniques that convey critical insights immediately, ensuring data-driven narratives are understood at a glance.
- Select and prioritize key metrics that support business strategy, while avoiding unnecessary data that may complicate decision-making.
- Tailor data presentations to meet the specific needs and expectations of different stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external partners.
- Anticipate challenges or pushback from stakeholders, and prepare data-driven responses that address concerns and reinforce the overall narrative.
- Mentor and guide junior analytics team members, focusing on their understanding of business strategy and the importance of effective data communication.
- Delegate technical tasks such as data crunching to junior team members, ensuring the final analytics outputs are polished and strategic.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all analytics outputs through rigorous quality control processes.
- Regularly review and refine analytics processes, incorporating best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are fully integrated into all aspects of product development and business strategy.
- Work with technology teams to optimize analytics tools and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on strategic insights and data visualization.
- Proven leadership experience in managing analytics teams and driving data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience presenting analytics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience leading analytics initiatives for large-scale projects or acquisitions.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Industry-specific knowledge relevant to Installed Sales, enhancing the relevance and impact of data insights.
