**Qualifications:
- Ability to organize
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments
- Knowledge in Linux, SQL or any scripting language is a plus (not mandatory)

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in project management
- Ownership in Communication: Keep distribution lists, Symphony groups, organizational chart, SharePoint and all communicational channels up-to-date.
- Management of trainings for employees.
- Administrative support, expense reports.
- Coordinate and follow up of skip levels and others networking events.
- Coordinate visitors' agenda and events.
- Assist with staff on-boarding and off boarding.
