Overview: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Perform order fulfillment to regional customers in North America.- Perform sales orders processing, delivery arrangement, billing, and sales support per supplier and Order to Cash (OTC) fulfillment processes.- Accountable for the receipt and entry of the order, credit review, and final invoicing. Acts as second level escalation in resolving complex issues.- Liaise and coordinate with various work groups to resolve pricing, inventory, credit, quality, and supply issues.- Responsible for logging Customer Complaint in Oronite Connect.- Responsible for understanding product terminology, product handling characteristics, basic principles of supply chain, and use of basic customer service and/ or logistics methods and policies.- Full accountability and ownership of order capture and management process for customer groups

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder or advanced student- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce- Good in oral and written communication- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Keen on details- Can multi-task and work independently- Team player- Advanced English level.- Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration- Microsoft Office

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
