Job Title: Full-time Bookkeeper and English-Speaking Administrative Assistant

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
- Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in administrative tasks is a plus.
Additional Information:
