As eJam expands, we are looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team.
Founded in 2017, eJam is a direct-to-consumer brand incubator; focused on creating products that people love. Today, we own and operate a portfolio of brands with products that put you first. We take a unique approach to each brand and every product, making sure that we are fulfilling a real need while helping to shift the status quo.
We are seeking a brilliant, highly organized, friendly, Full Charge Bookkeeper with a high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce experience. You will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and an ability to consistently meet deadlines are important qualifications for this role.
Based in Santa Ana, CA, eJam is a leading e-commerce company and incubator of consumer goods brands that people love From health & beauty to home improvement, we leverage technology to support our direct-to-consumer business model, making it effortless for customers to purchase our products.
**What You Will Do As Full Charge Bookkeeper**:
- Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process for a high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce company.
- Verify transactions are recorded correctly and maintain the general ledger to current GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, helping management to understand and interpret financial data.
- Ensure legal requirements compliance for the business and assist with tax form preparation, including corporate income tax and quarterly sales, and use tax returns.
- Process all accounts payable activities, including invoice management, timely payment processing, and wire transfers.
- Process all accounts receivable activities, reconciling to settlement reporting from merchant processing revenue sources.
- Perform bank and credit card statement reconciliations and conduct end-of-month closing cycle.
- Perform cost analyst and bill audits from key vendors
- Process payroll in a timely manner and make appropriate journal entries.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents and assisting with administrative projects as needed.

- Quickbooks/Quickbooks Pro Experience.
- 2+ years of Bookkeeping Experience.
- Solid written, organization, and verbal skills.
- Mental flexibility and the ability to switch gears with ease.
- bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- Quickbooks: 2 years (preferred)
- High-volume, fast-faced Ecommerce: 2 years (preferred)
