French and Italian Speaking Customer Support

Cuure is searching for a motivated and experienced **French and Italian Speaking** Customer Support Representative with a very good understanding of the Italian market; customers' behaviors and expectations especially when online shopping to assist our growing customer service department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver the highest quality customer service by resolving issues in a timely manner while focusing on first-touch/contact resolution.
- Understand our clients’ pain points, advocate their concerns internally, and influence our products to provide a superb customer experience at all touchpoints.
- As the voice of our brand, you will help build up our reputation with your insatiable and addictively friendly personality.
- Promptly research customers’ issues and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans.
- Maintain customer loyalty through integrity and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues and represent support-related needs and improvements.
**Job Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in customer support with a proven track record of excellent service.
- Experience working in Zendesk or similar customer service tools.
Knowledge of current best practices, tools, and technologies for implementing customer service initiatives
**Who you are**:
- **Native (or near-native) French speaker**:
- **Native (or near-native) Italian speaker**:
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in other European languages, such as Spanish, or German, is a plus.
- A very good knowledge of the Italian market, customers' behaviors, and expectations especially when online shopping.
- You are customer-centric, an entrepreneur at heart, and looking to join a fast-growing startup.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills: You should LOVE writing to and speaking with customers (or people in general)
- A critical thinker who solves problems and has a good understanding of what to escalate.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills.
- Ability to stay on task and follow outlined processes.
- Empathy is crucial. You should possess the skill to make people smile no matter what circumstances they present or what issues they need assistance with.
- Live, promote, and appreciate our company culture. You align with our mission, are self-aware, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- You are organized and a strong problem solver, with the ability to think outside the box to promote our company's value.
- You must be able to provide your own workstation and everything required to work remotely (quiet environment, suitable computer/laptop, fast internet, reliable electricity, etc.).
- Interest in the wellness domain is appreciated.
**Additional Information**:
- Full-time position
- Fully remote
- Flexibility in work hours, though mainly European working hours
- Monday to Friday working schedule
