**Mission/ Role purpose**:
The APM ASC Consultant is expected to have a focus expertise in two main areas:

- Performance monitoring solutions, their implementation and usage in any customer use case: End User Experience Monitoring, Network Performance Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, UC Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring and Infrastructure monitoring.
- AIOps ecosystems: from data source selection and data ingestion, to data visualization (advisory skills on data correlation logic to produce relevant dashboards to customers), general knowledge on platforms such as Splunk and ELK and their machine learning algorithms, and ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow where correlated incidents will arrive.
**Responsibilities**
- Advanced technology consulting abilities, including those to recognize, assess and map customer business needs to technology solutions, and providing technical advice to customers as required.
- Positions, scopes, and delivers high quality and valuable technical consulting and service engagements
- Initiates and owns the commercial customer relationship when it comes to consulting services, including the consulting engagement strategy, and defining the level of effort related to design, delivery, and reporting deliverables.
- Stays abreast of new technology, capabilities, and acquiring any specializations or certifications relevant to his / her domain of expertise
- Builds a rapport with customers that enables oneself as a recognized technical authority or specialist of his/her domain
- Monitors and manages technical client relationships and status of ongoing consulting and service engagements.
- Engages with customers to jointly validate architecture requirements and any constraints via proof of concepts or other similar engagements
- Engages with technology vendors as needed for the delivery of the consulting work.
- Produces the relevant domain consulting deliverables that may include technical design, architecture, technology or service recommendations
- Contributes to the sales effort by supporting the positioning of new technical solutions of his/her relevant domain, and proactively performing consultative (up)selling.
- Maintains a high degree of technical knowledge of relevant Orange’s products, services and solutions sets.
- Contributes to the domain practice including knowledge management (documentation of completed assignments, knowledge sharing through presentations, participation to consulting Communities of Interest, mentoring ).

- UX Monitoring (Zscaler UX, Matelotech)
- UC Monitoring (e.g. IR Prognosis, Unify Square)
- Synthetic monitoring (e.g. Witbe, Riverbed NetIM, Dynatrace)
- Application load testing (e.g. LoadRunner, NeoLoad)
- End user IT Operation Analytics (e.g. Nexthink)
- IT Operation Analytics tools (Splunk, Elastic Search)
- Riverbed Transaction Analyser and Network Planner
- Wireshark
- Scripting / programming skills (Python / Grafana)
- ITIL and other IT Process Models knowledge
- PowerBI, Tableau, Kibana
**Soft Skills and Experience**
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French / Portuguese are a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT and Telecom industry (channels, local representations working directly with customer IT management)
- Can embrace new technologies, work in an autonomous manner, leading PoCs and pilots on new technologies to a success
- Customer facing soft skills, communication skills, presentation skills, able to rapidly establish trust and intimacy with customers and prospects. Able to adapt speech to executive level or technical level according to the audience.
- Outstanding verbal and written (documentation) skills
