Estamos buscando un(a) nuevo(a)** **Contract management Analyst Jr.** **para unirse al equipo de** CMG (Contract Managment Group)** de nuestro **Centro de Excelencia en Buenos Aires**.

**Actividades esenciales**:

- Dar el backoffice, de todas las tareas administrativas para el equipo de CMG (Contract Management group).
- Trabajar con los clientes internos para asegurarse de que sus necesidades avancen en tiempo y forma.
- Buscar mejorar los procesos establecidos.
- Ejecutar de manera correcta el proceso de contract simplification y todo lo que este involucre.
- Asistir a los contract analyst Sr,para toda tarea de análisis correspondiente a documentos y requerimientos de los países.
- Mantener actualizado los KPI´s del sector.
- Dar visibilidad al equipo de compras regional, el equipo de CMG y clientes internos, de manera de informar los avances de los contratos
- Cualquier otra función esencial que pueda ocurrir de vez en cuando según lo indique el Supervisor.
- Analizar requerimientos y confeccionar documentos legales, según se requiera.

**Para contribuir a tu éxito, es importante que**
- Seas Estudiante avanzado (último año) o recientemente graduado de la carrera de “Abogacía”
- Tengas 1 o 2 años de experiência trabajando en un equipo de contract managment o Estudio jurídico (De preferencia experiência técnica en áreas de legales)
- Tengas un nível intermedio/avanzado de ingles
- Cuentes con conocimiento práctico de MS office (MS Word, MS Excel y MS PowerPoint).
- Poseas habilidades analíticas, para evaluar los documentos a gestionar
- Tengas conocimientos básicos de finanzas
- Cuentes con conocimientos de términos y condiciones contractuales.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Cuentes con disponibilidad para trabajar guardias días feriados.
- Tengas ganas de aprender y crecer.

**Y es un plus si además**
- Sabes manejar un sistema ERP, ARIBA.
