**Clinical Contract and Budget Analyst**
**The Position**
As Clinical Contract and Budget Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the conduction, support and optimization of contracts and budgets related processes in the Clinical Trials department and also responsible for proper planning and review department’s budget and all ongoing clinical trials, as well as payment process for clinical sites.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning and tracking of department budget; Prepare initial trial country budget; Perform trial budget (ClinCost) review according to global schedule.
- Negotiate trial budgets with sites; Investigator Fee Preparation; Review protocol amendments for any revisions affecting the budget; update budget as necessary
- Control unexpected and extra costs to include on trial budget during trial conduction; Follow up on country trial budget status to ensure it is within margins and identify trends to improve process as needed
- Responsible for site payment process for all trials, through payment system for creation of the invoice and payment request for e.g.: investigators fee, SRR actions, NLs reimbursement; Maintains communication with project team and sites regarding status of all payments; Create trial-specific spreadsheet for payment; Create payment and Purchase Orders; Elaborates and maintain updated clinical trial agreement (CTA); Produces site-specific contracts from country clinical trial agreement (CTA) template; Responsible for preparing, negotiating, tracking and finalizing the Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) as well as Amendments to this document, as needed; Responsible for the contract process for all trials, through contracts system since the creation until signature; Coordinate contracts with local legal team
**Qualifications**
- Graduation level in business administration, accounting sciences or economy
- English - intermediate
- Minimum 2-4 years in administrative area or working with trial budgets/contracts
- Experience in contract negotiation and management as well as budget management desired
