Imaginate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores **y siendo responsable por**:

- Liderar la definición y gestionar la ejecución de la estrategia de Knowledge Management para acelerar la adopción de nuestros productos entre clientes internos y externos (Marcas, agencia y vendedores), impactando positivamente en los Revenues de la unidad de negocio.
- Desarrollar un rol de partner consultivo de los Heads de Mercado Ads, en la Identificación de capacidades críticas de Negocio a desarrollar.
- Liderar la creación de soluciones de Knowledge Management para su abordaje junto con Product Marketing; en el marco de las prioridades estratégicas.
- Definir, asegurar la vigencia, relevancia, adopción y mejora contínua de una “agenda World Class de Knowledge Management”, que incluyan desde el Mercado Ads & Marketing Boarding´s hasta propuestas de Continuous Learning y dispositivos de Sharing Knowledge para las diferentes funciones del Negocio. Seleccionar y coordinar la red de partners internos y externos; tanto para el diseño de soluciones, administración de productos, como del delivery integral la propuesta de Knowledge Management.

**Requisitos**:

- Contar con formación o experiência previa en gestión de proyectos de capacitación virtual, educación corporativa y desarrollo de contenido, vinculando a stakeholders y Subject Matter Expert, así como gestión de plataformas, Learning Management System.
- Experiência mayor a 5 años en consultoría, partnership estratégico, diseño y gestión de proyectos core y/o de transformación para negocios basados en producto digital. Contar con MBA y buen manejo de ingles, es deseable
