We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Churn Specialist for our Restaurants team You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team.

We aim to create the best experience for our partners by identifying opportunities across Latin America and collaboratively developing and implementing improvement plans with cross-functional teams such as commercial, product, and operations.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Work with different teams in designing and implementing new processes across the Restaurants vertical, to maximize retention of merchants- Find facts and uncover insights about the operation of our restaurants, focusing on pain points and improvement opportunities related with the restaurant experience- Support data analysis and implement strategic initiatives and special projects to reduce restaurant churn- Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards to keep track of churn metrics and initiatives performance- 100% Work From Anywhere in LATAM, in countries where Rappi has operations.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field- +3 years of investment banking / consulting / business intelligence or related experience- Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company's growth.- Data-driven mentality and analytic skills with strong attention to detail as well as a hands-on mentality- Strong ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail- Process driven and strong abilities to build processes from scratch- Exceptional skills in Excel (will be assessed)- Conversational English (C1).

Highly desirable / extra points:
- Previous experience in roles of Customer Experience, Retention and/or Operations- Knowledge of SQL or the conceptual background to pick it up quickly,- Knowledge of Phynton- Portuguese
