Provide leadership in promoting Measurement Solutions across diverse industries The role focuses on achieving customer critical metrics and encouraging market participation by delivering innovative ways. Products include Magnetic, Vortex, Ultrasonic and Coriolis Flowmeters, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Corrosion and Erosion, Wireless, Process Gas and Liquid Analyzers, and Flame and Gas detection.

**In this role, your responsibilities will be**:

- Develop and implement tailored strategies to improve sales and profitability across a diversified product portfolio.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine account approaches and share findings with internal teams.
- Drive alignment across business units to improve customer value.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to internal teams, customers, and industry professionals.
- Support technical solution design and provide guidance on specifications to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Assist in selecting and sizing instruments for optimal solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update forecasts and account reviews.
- Actively participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to provide hands-on support.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, demonstrating deep product knowledge to penetrate diverse industries.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive strategic growth initiatives and generate new leads.
- Participate in all required corporate training programs, ensuring adherence to legal and corporate standards.
- Continuously pursue self-improvement and technical expertise in Measurement & Analytical technologies.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent experience (Chemical, Industrial, Electronics) or a related field, with 2 or 3+ years of expertise in instrumentation and process control.
- intermediate English level for technical and commercial communications.
- A proactive and goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to solving customer challenges.
- Willingness to travel locally 60% of the time Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia occasionally.
- A valid car or truck driver’s license.
