**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruiting on LinkedIn**:_
- **Sales Development**:_
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining if they are a good fit for our services.
- Schedule meetings and calls between potential customers and our consulting team.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Relationship Building**:_

**Administrative Duties**:

- Provide regular updates to management on progress and pipeline status.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales or recruiting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have excellent internet connection
