This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office

**What the day will look like**:

- Demand Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of demands
- Resource Allocation: Assign developers to demands efficiently, considering the skills and availability of each one.
- Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor the progress of demands and projects, identifying and resolving possible deviations.
- Improvement Proposals: Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Development Lifecycle: Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with best practices. solutions.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Proven understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Experience in resource allocation and management of technical teams.
- Desirable: Experience in managing demands and projects in the IT field, SQL and Power BI.
