The position is part time and working hours will be during the morning.
**Location
Preferred location is Buenos Aires.
**Responsibilities
- Manage all planning and scheduling activities related to the recruiting process such as:
- Setting-up and scheduling briefings calls and interviews.
- Answering queries from hiring managers as they relate to the recruiting process.
- Support on tracking, analysis and reporting of applicant pipeline throughout the various stages of the recruiting process.
- Ensure data integrity of information managed in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Brainstorm, highlight and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
- Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with external service providers and agencies.

**Experience
- Students from Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relationships, Psychology or related fields.
**Skills
- A pronounced service mentality that inspires you to go above and beyond to make things happen and create a great experience - of all your stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and structure work effectively, meeting deadlines in a past-paces, entrepreneurial environment
- Eager to learn new skills and grow as a professional (especially within the recruiting discipline)
- Focus on and resourcefulness in improving, streamlining, automating tools and processes as they relate to the recruitment flow.
- Language: English upper-intermediate.
