**AFTER SALES INSTRUCTOR**

**Summary**
- Develop and delivery technical training for after sales technicians from Argentina dealer network.
- The technical training instructor oversees giving the face-to-face courses to the mechanical technicians of the Ford dealer network according to the training matrix. He is responsible for developing the motivational program, "technical of the year" contest according to the guidelines indicated by Ford Argentina.
- Additionally, he is responsible for conducting periodic competency assessments of dealer network technicians to classify them according to the certification of the Ford training matrix.

**Responsibilities**
- Review the contents of the courses and/or material to adapt them to the Argentina market, including translations, according to the requirements of the sector and Ford Motor Argentina.
- Carry out 100% of the virtual trainings before giving face-to-face training and must have command of the native language and English.
- Carry out a web forum per course: the purpose of this is to be able to clarify doubts and concepts before, during and after the training sessions with the aim of seeking collaborative learning.
- Guarantee the availability of the necessary elements and equipment for the development of the training.
- Conduct periodic competency assessments of dealer network technicians to classify them according to the certification of the Ford training matrix.
- Upload the notes of the face-to-face trainings to STARS to keep the platform updated.
- Carry out validation of repair processes in dealerships for complementary purposes to face-to-face courses.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years as a technical instructor for a car brand.
- 3 years as a teacher, in careers related to Automotive Mechanics. That includes the creation, delivery and evaluation of content.
- In addition, you must have 3 years of practical work in an automotive workshop (ideally intervening directly in mechanical work).
- Level of Instruction: Professional in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical)
- Languages: English medium level

- Ability to communicate technical concepts, in a simple and efficient way, considering that the public has different levels of technical knowledge.
- To have an adequate writing of the support material for learning. (Spelling and writing)
- Pleasant communication, which manages to maintain the attention of the participants throughout the teaching, either virtually or in person.
- Organization and time management
- Responsibility with the commitments, in terms of time and quality of the material developed.
- Ability to make suggestions that improve the quality of the content, in terms of form and substance.
- Teamwork, that is a support for the rest of the areas and that accepts the suggestions of the rest of the team.
