**About the role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social media manager. As a Social Media Manager, you'll lead the agency's clientele's online presence, crafting engaging content, driving community interaction, and staying ahead of trends to elevate brand visibility and engagement. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and maintain the organization's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media tools, and best practices.
- Monitor for potential issues on social media and develop strategies for effective crisis management.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of design principles and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Working Hours**:9 am to 6 pm EST

**Salary**:USD 1200 to USD 2500 per month
