**Job Role Summary**:
- Supply Coordination team creates value by ensuring supply reliability and enabling revenue growth, while minimizing cost/inventory and preventing value leakage
- Logistics Advisor creates value by supporting the Retail and Commercial Fuels channels, while helping the Supply Coordination team maximize the value of logistics
- Logistics Advisor provides operational and tactical support to ensure customers have reliable access to product
Job Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates and communicates effectively with Supply Coordinators, Customer Service, Sales, and Customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Uses commercial judgment and problem solving skills to solve operational problems
- Key contributor to supply response teams (e.g. product outage, product quality incident) focused on identifying / mitigating customer impacts and managing customer communications
- Develops / implements plans to shift customers between terminals due to operational issues (e.g. planned tank work) and to optimize logistics costs
- Oversees terminal demand forecasting process to ensure process execution and accuracy improvement; leads demand/forecast reviews with key stakeholders
- Supports growth initiatives and enhancements to supply offer (e.g. new markets, terminals or products), including setups, allocation, and communications
- Provides support with allocations, backup terminals, product waivers, product quality investigations, and challenging driver load issues
- Coordinates customer claims related to supply disruptions
- Provides vacation/holiday coverage for other Logistics Advisors
**Expected Level of Proficiency**:
- Post-Secondary education (Bachelor’s degree) with preference for Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related discipline
- Experience in any of the following is required:
- Plan, schedule or coordinate goods or product movements via pipeline, vessel, rail or truck
- Work in petroleum refining, pipeline or chemicals operations
- Volumetric accounting experience, sales & customer support experience
- Solid proficiency in use of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in SAP, Analysis for Office, and Tableau is a plus

- Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible/adaptable and have the ability to multitask
- Must have strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Must be collaborative and work well in teams
- Must be customer focused and have ability to build relationships
- Must be able and willing to respond to after-hours calls
- Must possess strong drive and motivation; strong continuous improvement mindset
