En AbbVie estamos buscando la posicion de PEX Data and Process Coordinator, en esta posición serás responsable de la gestión y del correcto funcionamiento de los principales procesos operativos y servicios del Programa de Pacientes del Cluster Sur. Responsable de la gestión y del correcto uso de la información relacionada al Programa de Pacientes del Cluster Sur. Responsable del seguimiento del presupuesto del Programa de Pacientes.

Principales funciones:

- Controlar, diseñar, mantener actualizados y desafiar los procesos (SOPs) del Programa proponiendo mejoras que tiendan a la optimización de tiempos y costos.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los proveedores de servicios del Programa a través del monitoreo de los procesos, detectando desviaciones y estableciendo planes de acción y acciones preventivas/correctivas.
- Asegurar que la documentación de los pacientes para el enrolamiento al Programa y para la gestión de servicios se encuentre completa y correctamente archivada según las normas y políticas de seguridad y privacidad del Programa.
- Desarrollar, mantener y controlar los KPIs del Programa de pacientes. Ser experto en el manejo del CRM del PSP.
- Analizar la información del PSP y detectar tendencias/oportunidades/insights para elevar al PEX Manager. Presentar propuestas de mejoras.
- Desarrollar reportes ad-hoc según la necesidad del negocio y de los demás miembros del equipo como parte del soporte permanente a los Coordinadores/Managers para poder monitorear la operación.
- Colaborar en el control del presupuesto del Programa. Gestionar Compras del sector.
- Controlar stocks de medicación sin cargo y materiales para kit de bienvenidas. (Argentina)
- Coordinar las auditorías internas (OEC, Finanzas, PV) y externas respondiendo a los cuestionarios y/o información solicitada.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación académica en ciencias exactas o de administración.
- Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimientos avanzados en manejo de información y bases de datos.
- Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas Excel y otras de Reporting.
- Idioma inglés nível intermedio.
