El Programa De Pasantías está orientado a estudiantes de todo el país, con el objetivo de completar su formación universitaria proveyéndolos de un sólido conocimiento del negocio financiero. Conjuntamente con las Universidades, HSBC ofrece a los estudiantes la oportunidad de complementar sus estudios académicos con la experiência laboral.
Este programa te permitirá desarrollar tus conocimientos y fundamentos técnicos aplicados a nuestra entidad bancaria, además de obtener una valiosa experiência práctica.

**_Pasantía Operations Transformation_**

Operations Transformation añade valor a la empresa a través de la prestación de servicios de consultoría interna. A través de la transformación de los procesos, diseña y lidera la implementación de soluciones digitales y de reingeniería. Asegura la alineación funcional óptima y la capacidad de entregar y realizar los beneficios. Coordina el portafolio de proyectos. Gestiona y promueve el cambio para la mejora continua del rendimiento de las áreas. Se involucra con las tendencias y metodologías emergentes en la industria, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Tareas
- Entendimiento de mejores prácticas sobre procesos operativos implementadas en otros países (dentro de HSBC).
- Entendimiento de nuevas soluciones de tecnología ofrecidas en otros mercados.
- Soporte en sistemas de gestión del área y confección de reportes de Operaciones.
- Actividades administrativas relacionadas a la gestión del portafolio de proyectos.
- Administración del portafolio de proyectos de Automatización.
- Soporte en proyectos en Operaciones.
- Identificar y recomendar soluciones innovadoras alineadas con las tendencias y soluciones de mejora emergentes.
Requirements

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de: Ingeniería Industrial, administración de empresas o afines
- Inglés: avanzado (escrito y oral)
- Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook intermedio
