**Your New Role...**
- Onboarding on kids off the clock and how we schedule kids cluster.
- Keep Programming grids updated in the system, for linear & VOD.
- Synergy with Traffic Department, to understand when is important to make scheduling.
- Be up-to-date on channels performance: weekly Channels Performances, Weekly monitoring of cluster evolution.
- Identify opportunities and implement action plan. Be aware of what competitors are doing, planning and developing. Follow closely their movements, ratings and ranking position.
- Be updated on main goals & strategies of Discovery Kids, Cartoon & Cartoonito.
- Keep deepen knowledge of Cluster Kids inventory #as an opportunity to provide better and deepen insights, ideas and proposals.

**Your Role Accountabilities...**
- Scheduling & Strategy (Feeds Argentina & Chile, and Panregional collaboration for DK, Cartoon & Cartoonito) - VOD Scheduling

**Qualifications & Experience...**
- Give insights, ideas and proposals, based on analytical thinking and hard data, in order to maintain and good performance on Cluster Kids.
- Have a creative approach that contributes to the planning strategy.
- Create and maintain for assigned networks in a timely manner, programming grids, content trackers, etc.
- Communicate and keep updated all programming information to the key stakeholders in local office and pan regional as well.
