The Customer Service Agent will oversee monitoring and handling the contact with the customers to address the complaints properly, identifying possible process enhancements and providing support to the Contact Centre department.
- Previous customer service experience;
- Capability to work independently as well as within a team;
- Interest in helping and working with customers, giving follow up to each case;
- Adaptability, empathy, and responsibility;
- Active listening, excellent writing, and assertive communication;
- Proactivity and positive attitude;
- Stress tolerance;
- Oriented in solving problems, and resolution conflicts;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Advanced English skills (writing, speaking, and listening);
- Interact with customers to solve the problems, avoiding conflicts;
- Address and solves passenger's claims whilst keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with passenger;
- Check all claims by compiling information and evidence from guests and agents;
- Issues refunds, out of pocket expenses and compensation to passengers;
- Support to legal department;
- Follow and send a weekly report to the corporation for urgent cases;
