- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Advisor Lead, located in Bahia Blanca (ARG).

Responsibilities / Duties
- Tecnico de EH&S
- Coordina,ejecuta tareas y da soporte al mantenimiento de los programas y estándares de EH&S de la planta para conseguir la ejecución de cada una de las actividades de forma segura.
- Es conjuntamente responsable ante Liderazgo de Producción y el liderazgo del sitio de EH&S.
- Utiliza los recursos de la planta con conocimientos del proceso para entrenar e incrementar las capacidades técnicas de los equipos compartiendo las experiências, las habilidades técnicas, el enfoque en EH&S y el conocimiento del proceso y los estándares de seguridad

Experience
- Calificaciones mínimas para el puesto
- Tecnicatura industrial o experiência en la industria.
- Secundario Completo.

Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:

- Contacto de EH&S para que el grupo operativo pueda obtener una clara interpretación de regulaciones, procesos y estándares.
- Implementar y mantener la Disciplina Operativa de EH&S.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas de EH&S en las actividades del día a da.
- Actualiza y mantiene los requerimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
- Evalúa que se cumplan los criterios establecidos en los permisos de trabajo especiales (p.ej. la entrada de espacios confinados, tareas rutinarias, etc.)
- Verifica cumplimiento de los Límites de Exposición Ocupacionales,
- Asegura el cumplimiento de la grilla de EPP. Suministra el EPP a los integrantes del equipo.
- Participa en la respuesta a Emergencia de acuerdo con lo establecido por el site
- Participa en las auditorias que se realizan al site.
- Recurso Técnico soporte ante necesidades de los integrantes del turno en temas del Proceso y de seguridad.
- Asesora al personal de la planta para que pueda resolver los problemas técnicos.
- Inicia o ayuda en el Análisis de Causa Raíz o en el análisis de fallas relacionados con el proceso en el turno de trabajo
- Identifica las áreas para mejoras y trabaja en interrelación con recursos técnicos
- Ayuda, entrena, participa, según se necesite y proporciona apoyo para tratar y resolver las necesidades de la operación y requerimientos de seguridad.
