We are looking for a graduate in Data Science or Agronomic degree with data orientation to be part of our Research Department in COFCO International Argentina, located in Buenos Aires office.
The porpose of the job will be support the development of sound fundamental and quantitative demand supply analysis of Grain and Oilseeds.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct and supervise fundamental research in Grain and Oilseeds with global and/or regional focus.
Track changes in the external environment including but not limited to Macro-economic/political/regulatory environment.
Compile/maintain/enhance/automate databases.
Ensure roll-out of best practises in analysis across commodities.
Ensure timely communication and support the traders in their market analysis needs and requests.
Participate to various projects concerning demand / supply study and modelling of G&O commodities.
**Key Result Areas**: (Key Performance Indicators)
Consistently and accurately report data releases optimized for traders.
Stakeholders’ satisfaction and timely communication.
Provide frequent market updates and price implications to traders.
The person who will join us must have advanced level of IT tools: Excel & Access. VBA. and be fluent in English.
