**Propósito de la posición**:
Asegurar el continuo abastecimiento por parte de los proveedores para cubrir las necesidades de Bienes y Servicios del Grupo Nestlé, con total apego a los procesos y buenas prácticas de la Compañía.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Realizar el proceso de principio a fin de las compras de la compañía, resolviendo las necesidades de los solicitantes, solicitando cotizaciones a los proveedores y realizando el análisis y la comparativa técnica y económica de dicha compra.
- Generar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra en atención a solicitudes liberadas con estricto apego a los contratos, RFQ’S o acuerdos negociados por un Comprador Estratégico o en algunos casos por los negocios (ej. pedidos para clientes).
- Asegurar que los proveedores entreguen materiales, activo fijo y/o servicios de acuerdo con lo estipulado en el pedido, así como monitorear la recepción oportuna de las facturas y pago al proveedor
- Garantizar la precisión de los datos transaccionales relativos a la compra, así como el cierre total de las partidas de los pedidos generados en tiempo y forma.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en areas de administración, BackOffice, compras o afines.
- Conocimiento de Paquete Office (Excel avanzado)
- Conocimiento de SAP (deseable)
- Inglés avanzado (deseable)
